TF1 GROUP FINALIZES THE ACQUISITION OF DOCTISSIMO FROM THE LAGARDERE GROUP
Further to the announcement of July 12th 2018, the TF1 Group and the Lagardère
Group are pleased to announce that they have today finalized the acquisition of
100% of Doctissimo by the TF1 Group.
Acquiring Doctissimo brings to the TF1 Group, a strong brand with a very large
community, and strengthens its position in women and health/well-being
Doctissimo will join the TF1 Group's new digital entity, alongside a collection
of other high profile brands including aufeminin, Marmiton, My Little Paris,
Neweb, Studio 71 and MinuteBuzz,...
Founded in 2000 and owned by the Lagardère Group since 2008, Doctissimo
attracted an audience of 12 million unique visitors(1) in 2017 and nearly 40
million visits a month(2) via its websites in France, Italy and Spain, and via
its forums and applications.

About the TF1 Group
