THE COMBINED ACCOUNTING STATEMENTS AT 31 DECEMBER 2020 FOR THE "NEW SUEZ" ARE
In accordance with the commitment made in its "Other Information" document
published on 28 July 2021, the Group announces that the "COMBINED "NEW SUEZ"
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AT DECEMBER 31, 2020" are now available to the public.
This document presents the combined balance sheet at 31 December 2020 and the
combined income statement for 2020 for the New SUEZ Group, prepared in
accordance with the methodology presented in the document.
In addition, the document supplements the combined financial statements with a
number of key indicators for the first half of 2020, full-year 2020, and the
first half of 2021 for the new Group structure and for the businesses sold in
2020 and 2021.
This information, together with the supplementary notes, and the methodology
used in preparing them, enable an understanding of the financial data relating
to the scope of SUEZ's activities which are not part of the planned sale to the
Consortium or that have already been sold.
