Solocal is strengthening its Executive Committee with the promotion of two
management team members. Nathalie Etzenbach-Huguenin becomes Group General
Secretary and Amaury Lelong becomes Chief Product and Media Officer.
Nathalie Etzenbach-Huguenin joins the Executive Committee as Group General
Secretary taking over from Pascal Garcia, while Amaury Lelong is appointed
Chief Product and Media Officer. In his former role as Digital Advertising,
Data and New Products Director, Amaury has sat on the Executive Committee for
the past year.

Nathalie Etzenbach-Huguenin has been appointed Solocal General Secretary and
new Executive Committee member. She is now responsible for the Legal Affairs,
Public Affairs, CSR, Ethics and Risk departments while retaining responsibility
for Investor Relations. She will also oversee special projects for the CEO as
well as corporate governance and she is responsible for Strategy, Partnerships
and M&A. Nathalie takes over from Pascal Garcia, who is now turning his hand to
partnership and entrepreneurial projects after 22 years at Solocal.
Multiple challenges come with this position, top of which are redefining and
supervising administration of a company undergoing a deep transformation, in a
constantly evolving regulatory environment. The company's social and ethical
responsibilities are also top priority if Solocal is to meet the expectations
of its customers, employees and all stakeholders.
After graduating from ESCP Europe in 1994, Nathalie spent more than 12 years
working for international investment banks in Paris and London (Crédit Suisse,
Citi, Société Générale) in M&A and debt and equity issuance. She joined
Solocal in January 2018.
In her new multidisciplinary role, Nathalie will have to draw both on her
previous career in the private sphere and her experience in the public sphere.
She is currently Neuilly-sur-Seine Deputy Mayor in charge of budget, finance
and public procurements. In the 2017 parliamentary elections, she was candidate
for a civil society independent party.

Solocal has promoted Amaury Lelong as Chief Product and Media Officer, a
position encompassing total responsibility for all products within Solocal.
Amaury will be the driving force behind the company's entire digital products
range including websites, presence management and digital advertising, as well
as internal media PagesJaunes and Ooreka. Amaury's main projects will include
putting the finishing touches to the new, streamlined product range,
maintaining cutting-edge product innovation such as drive-to-store for networks
and CRM for SMEs/ entrepreneurs, while also continuing the work he has started
to optimise the efficiency of Solocal'sadvertising products on all platforms -
search, social and programmatic. With regard to the company's media operations,
Amaury has a clear remit to ramp up modernisation of PagesJaunes to include a
more personalised (depending on search queries), transactional and mobile
A Digital Advertising, Data and New Product director since May 2018, Amaury is
now taking over from Frédéric Obala (Media, Image and Content Director) who
will step down at the end of June after 5 years at Solocal. Amaury joined
Solocal in 2012 as Key Accounts and Digital Marketing Director, before being
promoted to Deputy Managing Director of this division, and then his position in
the Digital Advertising, Data and New Product department.
Having graduated from HEC and the London Business School in 1999, Amaury began
his career by contributing to the founding of the e-marketing agency Nextedia
(formerly Come & Stay) before joining AT Kearney and Boston Consulting Group,
then Canal+ where he held a variety of operational management positions dealing
with tough marketing and digital challenges.
