Berlin, 26 September 2013 - ESTAVIS just signed the sales contract for the
acquisition of 160 residential units with a total residential floor area of
8,840 square metres in Chemnitz. The residential units are situated in a
good location in the south-eastern part of town. The purchase price is more
or less equivalent to eight times the going annual rent.
The acquisition marks the second step of the company's ongoing expansion in
Saxony that was initiated by acquiring a majority interest in the J2P Real
Estate AG, and brings the residential portfolio of ESTAVIS up to 320
residential units. The acquired properties are to be redeveloped in order
to boost future revenue and capital growth. The company intends to make
further acquisitions in Saxony.
