In accordance with provisions established at issuance of the ORNANE 2013,
representing a nominal residual amount of EUR 147 million at end-december 2018
and arriving at maturity on April 1st 2019, the bonds will be redeemed in full
at par on the 1 April 2019.
The ORNANE converted will be redeemed in mix cash-shares. These shares will
carry immediate dividend rights. Each holder of ORNANE can exercise their
option to receive shares until the eighteenth trading day (excluded) preceding
the normal settlement date, ie until 5 march 2019 (included).
