Foncière des Régions announces the commencement of an offer to purchase on
its notes due September 2021
Foncière des Régions (the Company) today announces the commencement of an
offer to purchase (the Offer) for cash some of its 1.750 per cent. Notes due
September 2021 (ISIN: FR0012146744) (the Notes). The Notes have an aggregate
principal amount outstanding of Euro 500,000,000. The purpose of the Offer, for
a maximum amount of Euro 200,000,000 (subject to adjustment), is to improve the
debt maturity profile of the Company.
The Offer will remain open until 20 June 2017, unless extended or early
terminated. The results of the Offer are expected to be announced on 21 June
2017 and the settlement date is expected to occur on 23 June 2017.
Foncière des Régions is making the Offer only by, and pursuant to the terms
of the Offer. The Offer is not being made to (nor will tenders of Notes be
accepted from or on behalf of) holders of Notes in any jurisdiction in which
the making or acceptance thereof would not be in compliance with the securities
other laws of such jurisdiction.
